Connect two production schedules
If your products are made in China, packaging approval, product readiness and shipment booking may involve different suppliers. Pliapack can coordinate packaging-related communication with your nominated product supplier, including sample handoffs, dimensions and the timing of agreed pack-out activities.
Agree the handoff before production
Clarify which party supplies each component, where products are delivered, who checks incoming quantities and visible condition, and who authorizes assembly. Product quality acceptance and packaging quality acceptance should be distinguished. We do not replace the product manufacturer's responsibility for product compliance or performance.
Kitting and pack-out
A project may include placing products into inserts, adding cards and tissue, assembling sets and preparing outer cartons. Share a bill of materials, any lot or SKU separation needs, destination breakdown and pack-out reference. Feasibility, handling requirements and responsibilities are confirmed before quotation.
When this service is useful
Consider it for a multi-item gift set, a launch with separately supplied components, or packaging that needs to be assembled before export. It may not be necessary for a straightforward repeat order of empty boxes. We help define a scope proportionate to the project.
