Can I ask about a complete packaging set?
Yes. Our main focus is coordinating a box, insert and supporting materials as a project. Tell us what goes inside the pack and which components you already have.
Can I order only boxes?
Yes. A defined box requirement or repeat order can be reviewed separately. We confirm construction, artwork version, quantity and delivery needs before quoting.
What are the minimum order and production time?
They depend on the construction, materials, printing, component quantities and sampling requirements. We confirm them for your project; the website does not promise one universal minimum or turnaround time.
Do I need artwork before contacting you?
No. You can begin with a short description. Production-ready artwork and an approved packaging structure will be needed before production. We focus on development and production coordination rather than a full brand-design service.
Are the website images real customer projects?
The Pliapack-branded images are generated brand demonstrations. They illustrate box styles and visual direction, not manufactured samples, customer endorsements or tested protection. Actual construction and print are approved through the project sampling process.
Can you coordinate with my supplier in China?
Where relevant, we can discuss product sample handoffs, component readiness and pack-out with your nominated supplier. The scope and responsibilities are agreed before work begins.

Can I pay online?
