Develop the box and the fit together—not as two separate purchases.
Start with the actual product
Product dimensions, weight, fragile areas, accessories and the way someone removes the product inform an insert brief. For multi-item sets, the arrangement also needs to account for the sequence of packing and unpacking. Provide a physical sample or measured drawing when available; do not approve final fit from a rendering alone.
Material options to review
Folded paperboard, corrugated structures, molded pulp and foam-based inserts may be considered depending on the product and project. Material selection is not a universal ranking: support, presentation, handling and the disposal route all matter. We confirm the proposed construction and any material-specific requirements before production.
Check the complete pack
A sample review should check how the insert sits inside the box, whether products move or rub, how they can be removed and whether the lid closes correctly. Protective performance during distribution requires a suitable test of the complete packed system; an attractive fit alone does not demonstrate transit protection.
Part of your packaging project
Our main focus is coordinating inserts with the box and supporting packaging. If you already have a box, share its internal dimensions and a sample so that we can review compatibility before confirming a scope.
